Thecollegegame is identical for men and women, two 20 minute halves, same ball. Things stay the same ascollegein the WNBA, while the NBA uses a slightly bigger ball and has four 12 minute quarters.

The size of the bball is a 28.5 for the women.
Men always use a larger ball, no matter what level.

Additional Differences at least for NCAA:

Women have no 10 second backcourt violation

Women stand farther up toward the shooter on free throws.

I'm sure there are a few other differences I don't know about which you can look up online, but the game is still pretty similar.
The ball sizes are different. There is no backcourt violation in women's basketball.
