Does D-1 college basketball have more talent then D-2 and D-3?

i've argued with my cousin over the past hour over this. he says there's no difference between the divisions because you can find a d-2 player whose better than a d-1 and is only playing d-1 because of grades or etc. i agree with him, but at the same time i'm sayin that a d-1 school is gon have more talent then a d-2 school, its d-1 for a reason! does anyone agree?

If D-1collegebasketball doesn't have more talent then D-2 and D-3, then why do so many D-1 players go to the NBA, and not many D-2 and D-3 players do? True, there are some great basketball players that go to D-2 and D-3 schools, but D-1 has the largest talent pool. The Wisconsin Badgers played an exhibition game against a D-3 school last year and they absolutely slaughtered them. And aimjeezy, you're right when you say that it'd D-1 for a reason.

With a few exceptions, yes.
Um yes and no depends of the person and team. The d-2 player usually didn't get accepted to a D-1 school because of his grades or race.
When was the last time the #1 draft pick came from Div 2 or 3?
Well more athletes would want to go to a D-1 school because the games are National Televised some times
